Jimmy, that’s his name. Our bartender, with his imagination and creativity, puts his art at the disposal of your taste buds. Mix, beat, freeze, stir. . . This is the art of living of the bartender. As a great mixologist, he will prepare sensational cocktails and mocktails that you will remember for a long time.
His colourful cocktails are an explosion of flavours. The Parfum d’Enfance with its jam of raspberries, rum, lime, basil, strawberry liqueur and sparkling water will transport you into a world of fruity and greedy, remembering the memories of your childhood. Conversely, the Cherry Spicy made from dark rum, Grand Marnier, Espelette pepper and cherry puree will be the perfect cocktail for the most adventurous.
